Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact Michelle via our contact form or call 0438 117 447.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Nature’s Dew order you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement item within 28 days to us at:

Please include your contact details, a copy of your original receipt, your payment method and the reason for your return.
Items returned after 28 days (from the date of purchase) are refunded with a Nature’s Dew returns voucher. This voucher will be emailed to you and available for redemption at www.naturesdew.com.au.
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
Once we have received your returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and notify you by email.
